Internships and student projects
I can rarely take on student interns at the moment, though it is not impossible. Internship enquiries at Amsterdam UMC are handled by my colleagues at Team Neuropsychiatry, who have a short form for exactly this and an overview of the projects currently running.
Data and code
The consortium data I work with is governed by the agreements of the consortia themselves rather than by me individually, though I am happy to point you toward the right process. My analysis code and preprocessing pipelines are openly available.
